Moreover, these civic-minded public servants are always seeking ways to make Perry Township government more efficient and effective in the areas of township assistance to the needy, and care of township cemeteries. Tippmann was an at-large representative on the Allen County Council in Allen County in Indiana. As a unit of local government, the Board works diligently to advise the Trustee on matters of financial management and capital expenditures. Tippmann lost in the Republican primary on May 7, 2019. The Board is comprised of five individuals with each member serving a four-year term. The Allen County Election Board has dismissed complaints against Perry Township Trustee Eric Tippmann, who is now running for a Fort Wayne City Council seat. Making a decision to sacrifice their own time and self interest in order to serve the community, members of the Perry Township Board represent the citizens of different geographical districts within the Township. Current Allen County Councilman Eric Tippmann will be the next Perry Township trustee after winning the seat during last night’s general election. ![]()
